It arrived with five large, non-symmetrical dents in it, which will probably significantly reduce its ability to insulate my water, as one of them seems to be deep enough to have the outer wall meeting the inner wall.This damage probably happened before it was shipped, as it arrived wrapped in bubble wrap inside a box that was then in another box, and none of the bubble wrap bubbles were popped nor was either box visibly damaged.Great color, the handle is well-woven, sturdy, and fairly comfortable even when holding a full gallon.The spout of the spout lid is too narrow for more than ambitious sipping, rather than parched glugging.

The straw top, with its vent hole, allows for superior flow, so is what I plan to use most times.Color is pleasing, my 6 yo daughter thinks it’s "SO PRETTY!”
