The best part about this software it's that you can create multiple campaigns for each of your contacts, which makes managing leads much more organized than if we were to use another system or just manually manage them all ourselves! There aren't any downsides at present but I'm sure there will be once they are released in full by our organization (which should happen soon).
We're able to track who has opened an email from us so far vs how many people have clicked through etc without having to go back into emails/emails themselves - saving time overall when trying to keep up-to date reports ready ahead of meetings / presentations.
