I'm 31 weeks pregnant (5'6", 185 lbs) so I bought a size XL to accommodate her to wear during my pregnancy and to breastfeed after giving birth.. it fits perfectly, it covers my tummy, it's soft and comfortable.the shorts will be a little longer when i have no tummy because they are now completely pulled over my tummy .While they will definitely be loose fitting after birth, it doesn't look like the shorts will fall down because of the elastic they have.Anyway, my favorite thing to always do is sleep in loose pyjamas.The only downside is you don't have them Can be tumble dried but that's not a big deal as they are machine washable Will definitely buy again.
