I bought the 30 pen version of this case. This is an excellent case. attractive, externally well built. But his hands are terrible! That's why I give two stars. also to get the attention of the company selling it. If I give it three or four stars, they won't pay attention. And it certainly doesn't deserve a five. There is no handle on the top cover at all! How the hell are you gonna open it? There is nothing to grab to lift the lid! You have to stick your fingernail in the slot under the lid to grab something, which is a silly design. As you can see from my photos I attached the handle to the front metal plate for something easy to grab. lift the lid. That's what the designer/manufacturer of this product should have done from the start. I bought a pen at a local hardware store and then glued it to the metal plate on the pen body using a product called PC-11. I used a small Jorgensen EZ Hold 4" clamp to clamp it and hold it in place for 20 hours when it finally hardened. Works perfectly. The handles on the two drawers are terrible too. the drawers themselves, that you don't have room to wrap your fingers around the handles to pull the drawers out.So, back at the hardware store, I go to find a few different handles that I can glue to the front to make things easier for myself make them open This suitcase is very good in some respects (looks good, handles well), but the handles need a complete redesign.
