Please save your money and don't buy out of disappointment. I read many reviews from disappointed customers but decided to give it a try because people can be picky sometimes and what's good for one isn't good for all. But when I received this bottle I really regret not listening to the reviews. This is extremely RELIABLE for what I received. The bottle is very difficult to open, the insulating material is cheap, and the beer doesn't cool. I had a beer in the bottle and another outside for 30 minutes. Both have the same temperature. I didn't return it, my husband threw the labels in the trash but we definitely don't use it. So it's up to you. But if you ask my opinion I would say please save your money and time. I know how bad reviews can negatively impact a business. But companies need to be price and quality conscious if they really want to keep customers.
