I chose these shoes for my Sole bike and they did a great job of making my workouts a little longer than usual. What I love about them: The snap and velcro mechanism makes them easy to put on and take off and gives you plenty of adjustment options to get a comfortable fit. What I noticed is that I couldn't get the locking/lever mechanism to work when holding the shoe, but once the shoe was on my feet it worked perfectly. Fit: Because other reviews I've read have commented on the fit. Since I'm short, I ordered a larger size than I usually wear, ie shoes 8.5-9.0. I have a wide foot (although I never wear shoes this size) and a high instep so I chose a size 9.5 and am very happy with it! The fit is great and they are very comfortable. I found the materials used for the upper to be a bit stiff. I hope after a few wears they will soften and conform to my feet. One thing that could be improved is the instructions. I love these cycling shoes and they make my workout more comfortable. I would recommend.
