Works great but unusual size. I have an 8 month old Golden Retriever and originally bought XXL to breed him but he was too big. This one fits the length but the neck is very small so I end up having to replace it or open the neck larger if it gets too big. The rear leg straps are necessary to keep him in place and they didn't seem to bother him at all. They were slightly stretchy but really did the job. Once in place, he stayed dry even in the pouring rain - a big plus for his whole coat!
