Review on The Ultimate Precision: OXO Good Grips Pro Y-Peeler Unveiled by Jill Ellis

I've never liked vegetable peelers, but using a knife for potatoes and other thick-skinned vegetables has become too difficult . Also, I lost most of my vegetables along with the knife. I ordered the OXO Y peeler because I trust OXO products and have never tried this type. When I finished peeling the potatoes, I cut too many. Reason: It was so easy with this peeler, and most importantly, I now have more potatoes left over than I've ever had with a knife. Now I don't have to worry about buying difficult-to-peel vegetables because the OXO Y-Peeler makes it so easy. Love it.
