It is ok. for my opinion

I do not think the cost benefit is very good. It is not of such good quality so it uses batteries, which finish very fast. Comes with a briefcase, and some accessories. Serves, but I find it expensive.

  • Used for register inspection and right area for new house. Proved my builder was mediocre

  • The endoscope may be prone to glitches or software malfunctions over time

Decent quality snake cam/borescope

Decent image quality and lighting. View screen while small does allow for a decent image, the borescope itself allows for the ability to get in to small areas easily.

Pros
  • Excellent support tool! Used it to diagnose & identify an internal engine issue.
Cons
  • The waterproof feature may not be tested or certified by a reputable agency

Lacking picture quality

The light is not quite bright enough when used in confined spaces (which is most often where needed) and the low picture quality makes it difficult to see detail such as etched part numbers or reading labels in hard to reach places.

Great piece of kit for the price.

For such a low cost you are getting one of the largest screens available, and the picture is clear and bright with many levels of adjustment for brightness and contrast. You can rotate the image, and there is an SD card slot and USB port for computer attachment. The probe is non-removable but perfect length and fairly stiff making it a breeze to position. Best part is the probe wraps fully around the device for storage and stays captive for device insertion into the included case. What's not to

That product works best in my review

Just opened box for the first time since purchase, nov of 2021. Will not turn on,tried different new batteries still nothing! Now it's past return date,guess it's my fault for not trying it when i got it. So now i have a junk borescope!

Found what was driving me crazy!

I bought this for a crazy reason I guess.whenever our heat or air would cut on it sounded like something was rattling in the air ducts. My husband didn't want to have someone come check it out, and I could only see so much down the vents with a flashlight. I ordered this product so I could take a look in my air ducts and see what was going on and driving me crazy. Worth it at twice the price!

It's easy to use and works great! I had to find a pipe that froze under a floor that was inaccessible from below. Located it within 3 minutes with this gem!

So so device. on my review.

This device works. If you needed to see into a large area it would probably be better than trying to look in a small area which is what I needed. Picture quality is okay. It’s often washed out by the light no matter what setting you have it on. The semi rigid cable works well but you can’t easily rotate the camera without rotating the screen with it. Overall I would say it would be good for some uses but for me it didn’t work for what I needed it for.

Terrible picture quality

Almost unusable because the picture/screen image quality is so bad. Low resolution plus the screen is can only be reviewed if held at certain angles, otherwise its too dark to see anything. If you're trying to find small cracks or similar items with this thing, you likely wont be able to. I will be returning it since it's mostly useless.

WELL WORTH THE MONEY AND CAN BE USED IN WAYS I NEVER THOUGHT OF . FOUND MY CHILD USING THE TOOL TO VIEW THEIR INNER EAR. NEVER WOULD HAVE THOUGHT OF USING IT FOR THAT!
