The product is simple enough that it can be used by non technical people with little training or experience. It's also easy to use once you have some basic knowledge about how internet devices work (and there are many resources available online). There isn't much I dislike - as long as your requirements match those stated above then this will suit perfectly! If they do not require any additional functionality than what has been described here already then why spend time looking elsewhere? We're using it to track data from our vehicles which we send via mqtt over an open network into one place where all other software agents can access them easily too.
