it's breathable and cooler than most. but this really cold icy feeling lasted maybe 1 month or so, after that it was just a thin, soft, stretchy pillowcase. I'm keeping it because it's a bit cooler, or at least pretty soft, but I'm sad the "super cold ice touch" isn't there. Sometimes I touch it and for a few seconds it feels cold. But still comfortable. The downside for some is that after a month this thing unrolled and around the same time the ice touch factor stopped working. tried blankets of the same material and they curled up too and after a month they lost that instant icy feel and then were like regular thin cool blankets. but still thin and comfortable, quite breathable and stretchable.
