I placed my order on December 26; it was expected to arrive on January 3; and finally, on January 5 (after much frustrating back-and-forth), I finally got my hands on it. Neither the retailer nor the courier cared enough to offer an explanation as to why this happened. It was supposed to be a birthday present, but the delivery was late. If possible, you should plan for such things to occur at different times. The phone itself hasn't been criticized; I only mentioned my negative experience with it.
