Our butcher block kitchen counters drank it!
New kitchen countertops and meat block islands need a proper seasoning. You don't want anything shiny or actinic - you want food. That's it. We applied this oil liberally every night for a week and then every Sunday for two months. Wow I can't say enough good things about it. Water collects in bubbles, leftover food is simply wiped away. We then finished the project with a wood conditioner containing beeswax (too thick to start the process) and we're done! Many compliments!
