I've read the reviews and watched some videos. Still, I expected a big disappointment. 12 volt jack and impact wrench? Haven't used it in the wild yet, but tested it and loved it. It slightly raised the front of my 1/2 ton pickup. The impact wrench easily loosened the nuts. This really is a must have for any serious RVer (which I am). I haven't tried inflating tires but I have a separate pump that allows me to set my desired pressure and not worry about looks so I don't care. It would be ideal if this product could do that, but I still give it excellent marks. It's heavy but durable, so that's not a problem. Never sit by the side of the road waiting for that crash guy to reappear because of a flat tire. This makes it very easy to attach the spare wheel. Not sure about durability yet, so may report an update later, but seems reliable.
