Can only reach Banglijian by email that was sent back as none existent! Aids are ok, very loud no real control for bass/treble so loudspeakers in ears. Real problem is lack os customer service. Called revain who is contacting Banglijian for me, no phone number so they too used email! Will wait the 48 hours for any reply, if not, aid’s will be returned. Not good sign.
