Terrible rasp, look elsewhere (USA too!)

If I could give this one "0" stars it would get it. It seemed sharp right away (although it's been about 3 years since I've looked into rasps) but when I tried it on my PONY's hooves I found it was the complete opposite. Don't buy this. Your hands will fall off before they do their job! I also didn't know it wasn't an American rasp.
