Although I had high hopes for LisenraIn, I was disappointed in the quality of the merchandise. Despite having a large selection of things, their apparel and accessories' quality could have been better. The items, some of which appeared to be poorly constructed and ill-fitting, did not, in my opinion, live up to their web descriptions. Additionally, the checkout procedure was cumbersome and took longer than anticipated, and certain items—despite being featured on the website—appeared to be out of stock. To top it off, when I went to contact customer support, they were unreachable and unhelpful. Overall, I was unsatisfied with LisenraIn and would not suggest it to anyone searching for top-notch clothing and exceptional customer service.
