I took the temperature of my sous vide device which was set to 135 with Thermoworks DOT and the original sensor that came with my Mastech thermometer which the Uxcell replace should, was measured. Thermoworks read 136, original gauge read 135. uxcell measured it as 126, and also it took over 2 full minutes to reach that temperature. Thermoworks took about 3-4 seconds and the original probe was almost instantaneous. I will be using a coffee roaster sensor and I need it to be accurate and react to temperature changes. Unfortunately, Uxcell is not included in this list.
