Review on GuineaDad Liner: Premium Fleece Cage Liners with Burrowing Pocket Sleeve, Bamboo Absorbency, and Waterproof Bottom - Ideal Guinea Pig Bedding by Michelle Cooper

Revainrating 5 out of 5

easy to wash every once in a while)

From the start I used standard fleece that I bought in fabric shops or made from old fleece blankets with C&C checks, briefly added Carefresh filling to the mix, but shut up Fleece returned as it was easier to clean (less mess OUTSIDE the enclosure). Compared to traditional fleece, the bamboo layer significantly reduces odor and the absorbent fleece stays visibly dry. I also appreciate the moisture-resistant backing for the all-in-one effect (I use an old plastic shower curtain underneath, which is easy to wash from time to time). With the GunieaDad liner, I only have to wash once a week, not twice (or more). I keep changing the standard fleece liners that I put in the "skins" when they get wet and smelly, usually every other day, and remove the solids daily (maybe that's just my thing). The only suggestions I can make would be to make the brim a bit longer/wider (reaching to the brim) and/or create some sort of elasticated or tied "skirt" that hangs on the sides (outside) of the Brim rises drape to prevent solids from falling in. through (similar to bird cages). Maybe more colorful options, although definitely not critical! All in all the best I've found so far to keep our girls (pigs) and family happy (less smell)!
