VERY DIFFICULT to unplug charging unit from vehicle

Car itself is nice, fun, easy to drive. BUT IT IS seriously hard to unplug battery to recharge.have to use pliers to unplug from vehicle so I can plug it in to charger. If it weren't for this, I would rate it 5 stars.
