They work very well for attaching charms to my new charm bracelet! I learned how to connect them after a few tries. It's like adding a key to your keychain because you have to twist it around until it's fully connected. It helps if you have slightly longer nails to begin with. This is way better than using things with a claw lock. You are really STRONG. I ended up attaching TWO of these split rings to each charm. I don't want to risk my spell falling. I should have taken the extra time to secure each pendant with two rings. I recommend them to anyone looking to attach charms to a bracelet and would be great for any jeweler in general. I've posted pictures of the charms I attached with these split rings!
