These hangers don't exactly fit most standard interior doors (no matter what hanger size you choose) so there's still a little slack during installation, just enough for those damn things to fall over every time you pick up quickly, what is attached to one of them. In addition, the hook part of the hanger is too small, so it cannot be securely attached to the top of the door. Only used if you glue or drill the hanger and screw it to the door (extra work and need for extra materials!). There are no screw holes so you will have to drill your own.
