Easy to set up and works great with Google Assistant

The ceiling fan switch is very easy to set up. Removing my previous mute switch took longer than installing the new switch. The wires are marked, making it easy to replace the old switch with a new one. Since my house is 60 years old, I checked the electrical wires on the old switch with a voltmeter to make sure they were connected properly. I then flipped the switch off, removed the old switch and connected the new wires, which as I mentioned was easy considering the new Treatlife switch has labels on the back of the switch where the wires exit . I like this more than just labeling the wires with a sticky label (Treatmentlife has a sheet of labels to label the wires coming out of the wall before or while the old switch is removed so you don't get confused). After I finished installing the new switch, I turned on the switch, opened the Life app, pressed the "+" button to add a new device, selected the electrical and the switch (WiFi). The app asked me to select a WiFi network and enter a password. It then asked me to press the power button for five seconds, after which the app took a few seconds to recognize the switch and a few more seconds to finish setup. As I already have other Treatmentlife products, my account was already linked to Google Home. I opened Google Home and the new switch was available. I changed the switch name and saved it. After that I was able to control the fan switch with voice commands (you can check it in the attached video). Note that I used Alexa integration stars to celebrate easy integration with Google Assistant instead of Alexa since Revain doesn't have a Google Assistant option).
