Works exactly as advertised! I've had issues with other fan speed control switches causing a "humming" fan and/or switch noise. The TreatLife brand does not have this problem. Once installed, my fan is as quiet as on a "dumb" switch. A few things to note: Before ordering, make sure you have a neutral (white in the US) wire behind your current switch!
