Works great! I've been waiting for a fan-only version of these switches. This is set like any other switch. Initially, I could only turn it on and off with Alexa, with no speed options (my Echo Dot said no speed support). As soon as I had time to get back to it, I found that the firmware on the device was out of date. I'm currently running Main: 1.1.71/MCU 1.07. After the update I removed it from the Alexa app and added it back. I think my hiccups might stem from the fact that the Alexa app seemed to have it as a generic smart device. When I added it again, I made sure it was recognized as a fan. After that I can now say "Alexa Fan Speed 1/2/3/4" and it will set accordingly. So not sure if there was a firmware or app change but for now it does exactly what I wanted. and it's great!
