I was able to connect directly through our chat software (Leadchat) via my computer or mobile device in real time for support purposes! This is great because it allows me as an agent/customer service rep access from anywhere which can be very beneficial when trying resolve issues remotely without having customer wait too long while you are not available at workstation etc..
Sometimes we need help connecting devices like laptops that have been used previously by another user but haven't yet logged out of those accounts so they cannot log back into them until someone else logs off first - this would require us calling each other if only one person has laptop open instead being connected instantly using leadchats direct connection feature!! It's helpful especially during busy times where agents may get distracted easily otherwise waiting around till next shift starts could take up valuable minutes away form actually resolving customers problems right now.
