I was able to connect directly through our chat software (Leadchat) via my computer or mobile device in real time for support purposes! This is great because it allows me as an agent/customer service rep access from anywhere which can be very beneficial when trying resolve issues remotely without having customer wait too long while you are not available at workstation etc..
Sometimes we need help connecting devices like laptops that have been used previously by another user but haven't yetβ¦
