Review on Eclipse Integrated Systems, Inc. by Tom Tofte

Their customer service is fantastic! They quickly respond when you call or email them so that any questions are answered. I feel like they try their hardest to solve my issues without having me pay extra for additional features I may need but it does not seem too often that this happens. We use eclipse integrated systems primarily because of all inclusive pricing which makes sense considering what we do in comparison to other companies. The only thing about eiS was that there were some times where emails would go unanswered even though we contacted several days later after hours/on weekends etc; however once again the same solution was made possible shortly thereafter. I've enjoyed working with all of my coworkers. They are very friendly people that work together well in order to get projects done quickly. Nothing really comes to mind right now. We use this software for everything from general accounting to inventory management.
