Great! I switched to natural gray from previously dyed dark brown hair. To hide the demarcation line, my stylist added some golden blonde highlights. A few weeks after the highlight, my hair turned a weird orange color. After using the shampoo and conditioner once, my highlights were golden brown again. Very happy! There are no problems with the packaging. My dry, damaged, naturally frizzy hair feels soft and manageable. My natural gray has become less fluffy. No product stains on hands and ceramic tiles. Will definitely be ordering again in the future.
