The print quality of this printer is okay, but the performance of this printer is terrible. It seems to get false jams all the time, and then when you go through the steps of checking everything it says to check (and find nothing), then it takes forever for it to "regroup" to come back to be able to print. Also, every time you take the paper box to refill, you need to "register the size" even if nothing has changed. It should stay the same until you change something, instead of "logging" it every time you fill up the box. Whoever came up with this design failed miserably. I miss the old MX860 and MX870 printers we had before!
