I was delighted with this Danish dough whisk. Bought after seeing it in one of the Brottopia recipe videos. Use it about twice a week to bake sourdough bread with almost no kneading. 80% humidity. Knead 3-4 times in the evening, let rise at night, bake in the morning. I really liked it as it allowed me to knead bread without having to wash my hands multiple times (pun intended!). I even bought two for friends who bake without kneading as I find it very useful for working with wet flexible dough. About a week ago I started to feel the metal loop twisting and now (3 months after purchase) it just fell apart.
