Switched from 5.11 short 11" leg to the 9.5". These seemed smaller in the waist and fit - so it's not just the leg length that is different. I have short legs 31" so the 11" hits my knees, where the 9.5 is just above the knee.Also the Tundra color, in the 11" I got a brown short in the 9.5" tundra is a olive green color short. Picture included.The color not a big deal - I like olive green but it certainly doesn't match the color pictures. The overall smaller size is concerning thou, really didn't expect just switching leg length would also affect - waist and hip measurements.
