Best product! I used it for my Halloween Elphaba costume this year. You can use it wet or dry, but I've found that wetting the foundation brush works much better. You only need to wait a minute or two between layers to make sure your bottom layer dries first before applying it. This will prevent streaks from appearing. All over the face, neck, ears and both hands up to the wrists. It only took me about 30 minutes to apply and become Elphaba, not the 2 hours I planned. Wonderful product and I will definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!
