Best product! I used it for my Halloween Elphaba costume this year. You can use it wet or dry, but I've found that wetting the foundation brush works much better. I used foundation to make sure this makeup held but just loved how realistic the color was even on my dark skin. I even wore it on my white husband and the colors were mostly the same. Except I didn't manage to get a primer on it so it didn't stay on all night. So definitely Prime!
