This is a good folding e-bike but it fits a specific niche use, which is basically short distance (under 15 miles for throttle-only) on smooth surfaces like well-maintained bike trails and sidewalks. Because of the small wheel size (16") you will feel bumps a lot more than a full size e-bike with 20" or larger wheels. Maybe if you are a teen or small adult this won't bother you as much but I am 6'2" and 260 and I could really feel the bigger bumps! When it's folded it can easily fit in the cargo area of a crossover or SUV but I think it would be a very tight fit in the trunk of a small sedan. The downsides are that the battery is removable but the manufacturer website doesn't even stock the battery, which is weird. With modern e-bikes, it should be easy to design a two-battery system where it automatically switches to the 2nd battery when the 1st battery is drained. Also, this bike doesn't come with a speedometer or odometer which is unacceptable for the price tag. Finally, the stock seat is not comfortable and I had to buy a larger cushion aftermarket seat too better accommodate my larger butt size.
