Review on 🚗 TYC 97-09 Ford Explorer 4.0L V6 Automatic Transmission (97 2nd Production) Starter by David Schweigert

I bought it and am checking it on my wife's account here. I've been working on cars for a few years now and I can tell crappy parts when I see them. From the photo it looked like the outer box was made out of black plastic like material but what I actually received was a starter motor with a stainless steel body. So it shouldn't rust like the starter I pulled out. If you put this on your 4WD, have fun. The drive shaft interferes, the front differential interferes, and the exhaust doesn't help much either. YouTube was a crappy resource for finding an alternate route, so it took me a few hours to get my hands on another one and install it. The truck starts well and hard. Will be updated if it stops working
