Review on Linksys Tri Band Wireless WUSB6100M MX8503W AMZ by Jonathan Collins

Update: The problem with this product is so bad that Linksys is now "moderating" reviews about it on its website. They are a terrible company and now they are censoring. Please don't endorse this company, Linksys or Belkin - I bought this device right after launching Best Buy and I'll admit the speed is impressive when it works BUT there is one major hardware issue that the Linksys Support doesn't recognize or want to contact you. Several times a day, nodes go offline, just for a few seconds, but that's long enough for all connected clients to go offline. I spend $1200 for a reliable system and its terrible presence in the middle of an important meeting when one of these unpredictable episodes occurs. Other users are reporting the same issue, so it's not just me. I called support and they let me go for a few days and were fed up. Personally, I will NEVER buy another Linksys product and I advise everyone else not to. I had a Netgear mesh system before and the product and support was much better. It shows the nature of this company where customers put $1200 into a product and don't even endorse it. The support people don't understand the product, they just fish to blame you for not working. The support response to my problem was to shut down all my nodes and just use the main router, essentially they admit that the mesh system is down. DO NOT TRUST YOU or this product. Buy a Netgear product. I would love to return it but wanted to give them a chance to fix it with a firmware. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER
