Worst router. If you don't want slow internet speeds.

I have 1GB of internet and got an average speed of 600 with my old Linksys router. I'm plugging in this piece of junk hoping to get a bit more speed and instead getting in the high 20s/low 30s at worst and at best 160 wildly different speeds. Far from 1GB. I will be returning this terrible product.

Avoid (expensive) costs!

Promised to be the next technology, but Wi-Fi was very slow. There are software issues that cause 5G compatible devices to freeze at 2.4GHz. This is how you get super slow speeds. Spent 3 hours on the phone with their first customer service team just to troubleshoot and take it to the next level. Which was out of stock so they called me in 2-3 business days. Waste of time for such an expensive part. I bought a Netgear Orb and it works great - great performance and no gaps between the grids as I

Problematic software, no customer support

The default settings of this router will cause your devices to work very poorly. There are IPV6 software bugs that cause your router nodes to fail and also not work with multiple devices in your house. To solve the problem, you need to change IPV6 from automatic to through.

  • Will be added later

I had this system and finally picked it up. There is a known download speed issue when using fiber optics. I average 250 but I was lucky enough to get 25. BUYER ATTENTION - TERRIBLE SUPPORT

Update: The problem with this product is so bad that Linksys is now "moderating" reviews about it on its website. They are a terrible company and now they are censoring. Please don't endorse this company, Linksys or Belkin - I bought this device right after launching Best Buy and I'll admit the speed is impressive when it works BUT there is one major hardware issue that the Linksys Support doesn't recognize or want to contact you. Several times a day, nodes go offline, just for a few seconds…
