In past couple of months i am facing few issues with our client side integration. We were using only online version so far. Now they want us to install their own office version as well. As per my knowledge there should be no problem if both parties agree. But its not always possible when two companies are working together over long period of time. So I guess its better idea to go with cloud based solution as compared to local installation where every user has to download the program.
