cell phone holder was delivered on time and fully assembled. It included a spare set of plastic straps that were used on the corners, which tells me they might break at some point along the way. I bought this item to use on the treadmill that I exercise on that doesn't have a mount for my phone (which I use to record my heart rate). It pairs well with a fairly large diameter handlebar at the front of the treadmill, allowing it to fit most bicycle or motorcycle handlebars. It's also easy to put on and take off. As for me, I don't use elastic plastic angle belts because the treadmill doesn't vibrate enough to use. I think on a bike or motorbike they should be used. The phone is a perfect match for my iPhone 6S and my wife's Samsung. I can buy another one so we don't fight over who gets to use it!
