I ordered these for my son who delivers food for one of the popular services. He had a few smaller bags, but he wanted one with more stuff. This bag is huge and fits a lot of things. It folds up quite compactly, but becomes very large when unfolded. It keeps the temperature great during delivery, but a rolled towel needs to be stored in the box. Because it zips up and seals fairly well, steam from hot food can condense and it can get wet on the sides. The towel absorbs moisture well. It's easy to wash it every day when he comes home. Overall this is a great bag for keeping things warm or cold while you travel with it.
