Issues with the sticker will not be resolved. After reading more recent reviews I figured removing the sticker wouldn't be a problem. The sticker was difficult to remove. I was able to remove about 3/4 of it by hand, the rest didn't fit. I used nail polish remover to remove the residue after the initial soaking and rubbing with my nails. I would have used vinegar but it ended. The nail polish may have been too hard on the plastic. He left the haze behind. I then rubbed the entire slab with olive oil, hoping the oil would reduce the cloudiness. The olive oil helped a little. Then washed with detergent and dried. There's still a little haze. If it weren't for the problem with the sticker, this would be a really nice dish. For my needs in my bathroom it is perfect. It is thick and looks like glass at first glance. Too bad about the sticker. I'm leaving it because I'm in dire need of a tray in the bathroom right now, but will keep looking for an alternative.
