Review on ๐Ÿ’จ IonPacific ionMi: Powerful Wearable Negative Ionizer - 20 Million Negative Ions/Sec, USB Rechargeable. Say Goodbye to Pollutants, Allergens, Mold, and Germs! by Ruth Coleman

Good except for a loading defect

I bought this device to take to work to purify the air around me as there is not much fresh air at my workplace and to get rid of negative ions to benefit. I love that I can charge it at home and have it run all day without having to use its hardware when moving stations for security reasons and also portability. I use this in conjunction with a portable HEPA air purifier. I don't notice any disturbing odors from the device. My only issue with the ionMi is that the blue light sometimes doesn't turn on when I'm charging it. I thought maybe it's broken and won't charge anymore, but then I waited a bit and tried again and it charges fine. As such, it's questionable when it comes to charging, and some other reviews say it stops charging after a while, which would be hugely disappointing for the price. It's a bit awkward and frustrating now that it's naughty as I haven't even had 30 days yet. I don't use the strap that comes with it, but it's a good option if I ever want to. Another tip, if like me you charge from a wall outlet, get a Revain Basics male-to-female USB extension cable so you can place the unit on the counter while it charges. Btw the cable is no problem with the charging issue I had because I tested it by just plugging the device directly into it without a cable and I even tried different outlets, different wall adapters etc and also tried different devices charge, all charge normally . I hope the device will work for a long time as I like its portability. At first I was interested in the ion box, but I didn't want it to be connected to the network all the time because I move the workstations so often that some locations may not be suitable for it. I hope this review helps. Just wanted to warn others about the possible downsides of charging, but other than that this is a great device!
