no, that's not what you need

Like ALL satya incense sticks these days, this one smells like baby powder. My first thought when I felt it was "a gas station toilet", my later impression was "a public baby changing room" due to the overpowering smell of baby powder. Baby powder is my most disliked of all fake or commercial synthetic fragrances. The advert shows a box from a factory in Bangalore, but what I received was from Mumbai. The photos show that the box is not at all what was advertised. A factory in Bangalore is advertised with the new Indian spelling Bengaluru (a new spelling of Bangalore) on the label. The father who founded this brand passed away a few years ago. Two sons fought in court about his inheritance. It was decided that any son could use the trademark. As a result, the incense market is confused. I've heard Bangalore incense is great, but all I've ever bought from Amazon is the Mumbai factory. The Bangalore company's website is much better than the Mumbai company's website. So I feel like it must be true that Bangalore incense is way better. But unfortunately I will never know. I refuse to buy anything else from Satya on Revain because what I always see in the ads shows incense from Bengaluru, but what is coming is incense from the Mumbai factory.
