Slightly dissatisfied with this product as the coating peels off after 3-4 uses. I noticed all these little quirks after ONLY using this pan. Now I hand wash all my baking sheets after they cool and dry them quickly without soaking or scrubbing, just soap and water. Now I need to line the pan with foil or parchment to keep this coating from peeling off the food. I expected much better quality for the price. The frying pan is strong, it doesn't "crack" in the oven, BUT again. ripped after a few uses.
