I like how easy it was for me as an individual, or small team member of our organization to get up & running with this product in less than 1 week! The support staff are outstanding at what they do - always available when you need them. It's not perfect by any means but we have had some issues where there has been no customer service response within 24hrs after contacting their ticketing system/help desk (which takes 2-3 days). We've also found that sometimes if your account gets suspended the first time around, even though you're still able to log into admin area without issue, subsequent attempts will result in suspension again until fixed. If anyone wants to start off from scratch quickly and easily with very little investment required then go ahead give digitalmaas a try. They offer free trial which gives you access to all features including unlimited campaigns so its worth trying out before committing too much.
