The battery isn't great, but the customer service is top notch!

Update! I spoke to the seller and they sent me a new fan with no question! I have to say they have pretty great customer service and stand behind their product. I'm sure my fan was just a coincidence! Bought this for our son's stroller. He was born on June 30th and we purchased this item on June 1st. We started using the fan a few days ago and it no longer works when not connected to a charger. The battery must be bad. I can't return, the return window is closed.
