* I ended up ordering this and another jacket online from AliExpress. CHOOSE. Seriously, this is high quality compared to others. The other is decent enough, but this one is well lined, nice color patch, with a cute zipper. Seriously, this is the best option for less than $50 * It arrived quickly and on time. Quality as I would expect from a cheaper cosplay item. There is no visible fraying or loose stitching. The dragon patch looks great. There are no pockets just a head on top, I wasn't expecting that, just put it there. There is a strong smell of cheap plastic and the quality of the fabric is not very good and very very shiny but appears to be well made. It's honestly very cute. I will be wearing it to a convention in the near future and will update my review to add how it holds together for cosplay wear.
