Review on 📞 Motorola O211 Cordless Phone: Long Range, Water & Dust Resistant, IP67 Certified (Black, 1 Handset) by Duane Mann

I was hoping for this phone. When it arrived I was impressed with the well built clip and everything else seemed very well built. I liked the fact that it had a separate charging station from the handset. For some reason this phone has a problem with "ghost" ringing 3-4 rings after the call was intercepted elsewhere. I have many years of experience with phones, so I tested in several scenarios and called this phone "ghost" each time. I compared it to VTech and Panasonic wireless devices. The ghost call only happened on this phone. If someone calls you and hangs up before you answer, this phone will keep ringing so you'll hear a dial tone when you pick up. It is like the receiving device sends a ring signal to the handset but does not send a stop ring signal to it or the stop ring signal is very delayed. I found the range very good. If it wasn't for the ghost ring (I see other reviews mentioning this behavior) I would have liked this phone. I install cordless phones in many businesses and have found the Panasonic to be the most reliable. I ordered this phone for a customer who uses WiFi in a humid environment so I wanted to see how it would work. Unfortunately this doesn't work as they waste time answering a call someone else has already answered.
