I worked at a wine bar and opened literally thousands of bottles of wine. My favorite wine key broke after 20 years of service. I went online knowing what I was looking for and found this. I couldn't be happier! The foil cutter opens with a twist, preventing you from cutting yourself on the foil, and the auger has a special coating that makes it easy to slide in. It beats every wine key I've had and I've tried them all. If you're in the business, look no further. Now I only open wine at home, but I LOVE this corkscrew!
